Who we are

This website is operated by R3NT LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16462865), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (“R3NT”, “we”, “us”). For the purposes of UK data protection law, R3NT LIMITED is the controller of the personal information described in this notice.

Scope of this notice

This notice covers this website, www.r3nt.co, and messages you send to us by email. The R3NT product is currently in development and is not available to the public. If and when it becomes available, it will come with its own privacy information describing what it collects and why, and this notice will be updated.

What we collect through this website

This website is an information page. It has no account sign-up, no forms, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies, and we do not set cookies on it.

Like any website, the hosting provider that delivers these pages to your browser processes technical information needed to do so, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request, and may keep it in server logs for security and reliability. The site is hosted by GitHub, Inc. on GitHub Pages; its processing of this information is described in GitHub’s own privacy statement.

If you email us

If you contact us at admin@r3nt.co, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to tell us. We use this only to read and reply to your message and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Our email is provided by Google Workspace. We keep correspondence only as long as we need it for that purpose, and we do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal information, including the right to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or ask us to restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@r3nt.co.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when what we do changes, including when the product becomes available. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
